Dear computational colleagues,
We encourage your submission of contributed talks to "Software
Engineering in and for the Molecular Sciences" at the 2016 AIChE
Annual Meeting.
Now in its third year, this CoMSEF session provides a popular platform
to communicate software developments that are enabling scientific
discovery in the molecular sciences. Submissions including new
trajectory analysis tools, advanced sampling techniques, image
processing, plugins to established packages such as LAMMPS,
HOOMD-Blue, NAMD, VMD, AMBER, etc, and work improving the
software and compiler stacks which support molecular simulation are
encouraged. This includes workflows for managing data sets, source
control, and other coding developments that may not fit other topical
sessions. We are pleased to announce that invited talks from Ahmed
Ismail (West Virginia University) and Jeff Gray (Johns Hopkins
University) will spearhead this year's session.
Please note the submission deadline of May 9th is rapidly approaching!
See below for details on submitting. If you have questions about a
particular topic, please don't hesitate to email. See you in November!
Sincerely,
Frank Willmore ([log in to unmask])
Coray Colina ([log in to unmask])
Eric Jankowski ([log in to unmask])
