Currently, we seek authorisation from subject advisors for orders generated by resource list checking. We then file the authorisation with a copy of the resource list. To improve efficiency we would like to start using lists themselves as authorisation but have concerns about meeting audit requirements, particularly if we should discontinue our Aspire tenancy at any point.
I would be interested to know how other libraries deal with this issue.
