Dear Andrew, Dear Jesper,
Sorry für hijacking this thread, but I yesterday posted a very similar problem (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind1604&L=FSL&F=&S=&X=A6F215ED5C62BE6AA8&Y=bdavid%40uos.de&P=350952) and I am very curious about how to proceed. Since topup is unfortunately off the table for these cases of missing blip-up blip-down acquisition, is the recorded field map of any use? And if yes, how exactly can we use it in terms of distortion correction? Or would you in cases like Andrew's and mine just recommend to go on with eddy, without any correction for susceptibility-induced distortions?
Again, sorry for hijacking your thread Andrew, I hope these questions are also in your interest!
Best,
Bastian
