Hi all,
I have a question about the set up of my higher-level analysis in FSL. The participants in our experiment completed 2 sessions. We
analyzed the data for both sessions separately already. Now we would like to conduct another higher-leven analysis in which we include session as a factor to investigate whether there was a session-effect. We also would like to include a covariate in the analysis. For 4 participants we would set up the following model, using the FEAT directories of the lower-level analyses as inputs:
EV1 EV2 EV3 EV4 EV5 EV6
Input 1 1 1 0 0 0 4
Input 2 1 0 1 0 0 2
Input 2 1 0 0 1 0 -2
Input 4 1 0 0 0 1 -4
Input 5 -1 1 0 0 0 4
Input 6 -1 0 1 0 0 2
Input 7 -1 0 0 1 0 -2
Input 8 -1 0 0 0 1 -4
EV1 = Session 1 or session 2.
EV2 = Participant 1
EV3 = Participant 2
EV 4 = Participant 3
EV 5 = Participant 4
EV 6= Covariate
Is this the correct way to set up the model?
Thanks,
Esther
