We have set up FSL to run on our cluster, and it is working fine for Feat analyses.
However we have an issue with MELODIC (20 subjects in the analysis):
feat1a_init, feat2_pre are running fine for all the participants in the study, but the feat4_gica stage fails because of a timeout. Here is the command that fsl_sub sends to the cluster:
fsl/bin/fsl_sub -T 180 -l logs -N feat4_gica -j 47,50,53,56,59,62,65,68,71,74,77,80 fsl/bin/feat wabi/new_test.gica/design.fsf -D wabi/new_test.gica -gica
It appears this time of 180 minutes is too little for this stage to complete and the analysis times out and fail at that point. I tried to find where this 180 minutes wall time gets defined but without success.
Would you have an indication where I could amend this value?
Kind regards,
Cyril
