Hi,
My lab is trying to run FSL on an Amazon Web Services server, and are running into a problem.
The server is set up with a fairly small amount of storage on the root server, and then a separate storage block, in a single directory, that’s large enough to store the fMRI data and analysis results. In trying to run analyses, though, fsl seems to be putting large files in a /tmp directory, which is filling up the storage space on the root server.
Is it possible to reconfigure FSL to put everything, including temporary files, into a specified directory? If so, can you please advise us on how to make that change?
Thanks,
Michael
