The Summer School aims to provide introductory and advanced courses in medical statistics and epidemiology, and their application in etiology research and public health.
Specifically, in addition to half-day courses on:

* Applied Longitudinal Analysis (G. Fitzmaurice - Harvard School of Public Health)
* Survival Analysis (N.Orsini - Karolinska Institutet)
the Summer School will offer full-day courses on:
* Statistical Methods For Population-Based Cancer Survival Analysis (P. Dickman - Karolinska Institutet & P. Lambert -University of Leicester and Karolinska Institutet)
* Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Health Programs (M. Pagano & E. Savoia - Harvard School of Public Health)
* Effectiveness Research with Longitudinal Healthcare Databases (S. Schneeweiss & E. Patorno - Harvard School of Public Health)
The school will be held from 5th to 18th of June 2016 at Castello Brandolini Colomban, Cison di Valmarino - Treviso - Italy.
