Hi Helen
We have the tests defined as a POCT tests and in their own booking in area, but also contains the serial number or name of the device and the user who did the test.
We have had problems with the telepath side, and wonder whether a connection direct to the EPR would be much better and save so much hassle!
Thanks
Michelle

We do not transmit any of our POCT results in to Telepath - ours go into the patient records via HL7 messenger and are identified as POCT generated. We too have Cobas IT

Hi,
Does anyone have experience of the above? What information do you include in the final report?
We are in the process of implementing this and currently have patient id; result; range;date/time; identified as POCT; included in the report but is there anything else that needs to be there and can be transmitted from IT1000?
Many thanks,
Jayne
