You could try Richard Everett, digitisation manager at the Wellcome, he is
the Chair of the Association for Historical and Fine Art Photography
Libraries and Archives special interest group whose membership consists of
most of the UK's large institutions so he may be able to point you in the
direction of someone doing this type of work.
