I suspect this is a far too regular question for you guys but I'm very
new to fsl and would greatly appreciate a different set of eyes.
I have 3 groups with 16 patients in each group, one of the groups are
healthy controls (ones in the first column of the matrix). And I'd
like to know if there are any significant groups differences with
regard to FA and adjust for two covariates (age and sex) which have
both been mean-centred across all subjects. Now, I'm wondering whether
this design is the correct one and were I should place my f-contrasts
in order to get an intelligible answer.
My design so far, is this:
