Hi Lena,
When I read your mail, I thought « oh, yeah, I definitely remember reading that paper! » - but was totally unable to find it either on my computer or on the internet. So if you do get an answer, I would be really interested in knowing the author and the actual title!
Thanks
Annelise

If it weren't for the fact that occasional highlights indicate it's a draft, I would have assumed I downloaded it from academia.edu, but people wouldn't upload unfinished drafts, surely? Googling the title ("A review of butchery practices and carcass disposal in mediaeval towns and cities, as studied by zooarchaeologists") doesn't help, so it was probably re-named for publication. The paper deals with British medieval towns and the lastest reference is Broderick 2012, so it's relatively new.
