Hi everyone,
There's some work going on at the BFI to define a Customer Relationship Management strategy with a Single Customer View ambition. Colleagues are thinking about good data models and established practices before considering system procurement / design options, and they have asked for my input to the data thinking.
It's a bit outside my small pocket of expertise, and although I can transfer some principles and lessons learned from collections data and system management, I thought I'd seek some genuine domain-specific expert advice.
I'd really like to talk to someone who has implemented a CRM strategy in a new system, or in existing systems, with data modelling and data management lessons learned / what worked, to share.
