Hi All
I seem to remember some research around this subject a few years back which found the investment in this kind of thing simply isn't worth the income.
Ring any bells?
I can see the point if you have the collection, resources and audience of one of the Nationals, but seriously doubt that a smaller museum can make money from this.
Better to open up any copyright free images to the public and benefit from social sharing and positive publicity.
