Hi FSL folks,
Just upgraded to FEAT version 6.0 at the start of a new study. In my batch scripts, I'm in the habit of turning on FEAT overwrite mode by setting overwrite_yn to 1 in the design.fsf file. This has always worked with version 5.98, but with 6.0 I'm still getting those iterative plus sign suffix feat directories (which of course have their utility but make batching at the group level more complicated and at this preliminary troubleshooting stage are clogging up my disk space).
I'm fairly sure this is not something like a write permissions issue. I could just add a line in my code to remove the old feat directory before running, but I like being able to append rerun information to the same html log to keep track of old error messages.
Anybody experience the same issue? If so, any ideas how to fix/hack it?
Thanks very much,
Laura Libby
