Dear experts,
I wish to use FSLs FEAT to run a simple one sample t-test, in order to compare the results of FLAME 1+2 with the same t-test performed using randomise.
I have used the Feat GUI to configure the t-test, passing in a set of difference images for each of my subjects. These are the same files I pass to randomise in a single 4D file.
Randomise runs on the data and produces results without any issues, but I get the following error when I try to do:
feat design.fsf
** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for '0'
** ERROR: nifti_image_open(0): bad header info
ERROR: failed to open file 0
ERROR: Could not open file
while executing
"exec sh -c "$FSLDIR/bin/fslval $STANDARD dim3" "
invoked from within
"if { $done_something == 0 } {
if { ! $fmri(inmelodic) } {
if { $fmri(level) == 1 } {
#{{{ FEAT first-level analysis
for { set session 1 } ..."
(file "/software/system/fsl/fsl-4.1.8/bin/feat" line 199)
Any help you can provide me would be great.
Many thanks,
Donal
