I have a single TI 100 dynamics pCASL data which were acquired without the receiver sensitivity maps. I am using BASIL for quantification of CBF.
Here is the command line:

where
difference_data is control-tag
asldata_mc_even_brain is the skull stripped motion corrected asl data (mean of the even volumes)
t1_reorient_brain_pve_0_asl_space_thr_0.95 is the CSF mask obtained from T1 image thresholded at 95%
asldata_mc_even is the motion corrected asldata in native space (only the even volumes)
Are the commands right? If no, how do I modify to get M0 for calibration from CSF mask?
