Hello,
I'm very new at FSL and I have come across some problem that I was hoping someone could help me with. I was trying to run FIX but I kept getting an error because my melodic ica folder does not have these two files:
reg/highres.nii.gz
reg/highres2example_func.mat
Apparently, these files are required to run FIX. When I performed Melodic ICA on FSL I did not obtain these output files (I only have standard, not high resolution). I have seen part of a report_log that indicated these options at the beggining:
Option -n ( use nonlinear reg ) input with argument "10"
Option -h ( high-res structural image ) selected with argument "/media/data/Messdaten/Z2-TMS/100001/T1/coBet0.4_brain"
Option -w ( highres dof ) selected with argument "BBR"
Option -x ( highres search ) selected with argument "90"
However, in my case, in my report_log these options do not appear (the rest they do). So is there maybe some option while running Melodic ICA on FSL that I should click? Maybe nonlinear in the registration tab (since I do not have option -n)? If so, it asks for a structural image and I'm not sure I know what it should be...
Also, I have looked it up and some pages say that maybe I should run FEAT, BET or FLIRT to get the high resolution images or to use the command line from standard images. However, I believe that these two files (reg/highres.nii.gz and reg/highres2example_func.mat) should automatically be the output from Melodic ICA right? Because they should already be inside folder reg and then I should just run FIX using this folder.
I would be very grateful if someone could have the time to help me with this.
Thank you in advance,
Laura
