Dear experts,
I'm attempting a test run of FIX to later use on my full data set. I'm currently getting an error message that in cannot find the labelling file.
This is the command and subsequent output:
/mnt/hgfs/CRUNCH_analysis/fMRI/fix1.06/fix /mnt/hgfs/CRUNCH_analysis/fMRI/fix_test/run1_std.feat/filtered_func_data.ica /mnt/hgfs/CRUNCH_analysis/fMRI/fix1.06/training_files/Standard.RData 20

This is the error in the Matlab log file:
Unable to read file '/mnt/hgfs/CRUNCH_analysis/fMRI/fix_test/run1_std.feat/filtered_func_data.ica/filtered_func_data.ica/melodic_mix'. No such file or directory.
It appears that the problem is that the path contains 'filtered_func_data.ica' twice, and it should be ther eonly once.
Any idea how to 'fix' this (you must get tired of that joke.)?
Thanks in advance.
Best wishes,
Peter
