Announcing a new special issue from AoB PLANTS:
The Role of Below-Ground Processes in Mediating Plant Invasions
Editor: Inderjit (University of Delhi, India)
This special issue focuses on the wide range of below-ground processes and characteristics that can influence the success of plant invasions and their impacts on novel environments. Ten articles explore plant–soil feedbacks and the various mechanisms by which below-ground processes can mediate the dynamics of plant invasions, providing novel insights into current research and revealing areas that need attention in future studies.
AoB PLANTS is an open-access, nonprofit journal established in 2010 and published by Oxford University Press. The journal has a strong focus on environmental and evolutionary biology and its current impact factor is 2.273. All papers published in this special issue are freely available online at http://bit.ly/1W0koR6.
