Hi again
Thx Niels for your swift response! I’ve just started using fsl.
The symlink seemed fix it, but now when I try to run the eddy command I get the following error:
Image Exception : #22 : : ERROR: Could not open image n023_5 terminate called after throwing an instance of ‘RBD_COMMON: :BaseException'
“n023_5" is my “imain” input.
Any thoughts on what could be wrong?
/B
