There are various different ways you can implement Funnelback, so what you choose will dictate how much time you spend on it. The support guys are excellent and will give you all the options you could choose from. We spent quite a bit of time setting it up but we did have very specific requirements and we run it all ourselves. Day-to-day running of it and maintenance takes little staff time, although there is a strong argument that if we spent longer on it there is much more that we could do.
