Yes, you have it right. From the nomenclature point of view, at the
Q^2 values being probed, it is probably more accurate to call "DIS" the
"non-resonant inelastic". The GENIE "DIS" flag includes a lot of
events that would never meet anyone's definition of true physics-DIS.
