OUP are working on this - I've had many conversations with them this afternoon...
We've been tying all sorts of variations in the config file to absolutely no avail and are now getting a "connection refused" error.

Subject: Re: [lis-e-resources] Oxford University Press Journals
Good afternoon, Vicki,
Someone pointed out on the EZproxy list that pages may be blocked due to mixed content alerts (for example http content served over https). I checked and http javascript files are still being served in the source html over https, e.g. https://alcalc.oxfordjournals.org <script type="text/javascript" src="http://alcalc.oxfordjournals.org /sites/all/modules/highwire/highwire/plugins/highwire_markup_process/js/highwire_article_reference_popup.js?o2puhl"></script>
OUP needs to fix this by copying * all * the javascript files (mathjax, etc, etc) over to the https hosts.
We could also do with an up-to-date EZproxy stanza (http://www.oxfordjournals.org/en/help/tech-info/ezproxyconfig.txt) which includes the legacy http hosts, the new https hosts, and * all * the new transfers!
Kind regards,
Dom Benson
