Dear IRSCL colleagues,
Apologies for cross posting, but here's something that might be of interest (from my colleague at NCRCL, University of Roehampton, Dr Alison Waller). Please distribute to anyone interested.
Best wishes
David
Dear all,
You and your students may be interested in this opportunity. The European Society for the Study of English (ESSE) is launching its online journal this year, and invites submissions of professional papers for its Summer 2016 issue on the topic of Children’s literature. The deadline for submissions is 1 May 2016. http://essenglish.org/messenger/blog/esse-messenger-cfp1-for-issue-25-1-summer-2016/. The main purpose of this publication is to disseminate information about English Studies in Europe and to foster intellectual and scholarly cooperation and development. It particularly encourages postgraduate work.
I am the UK representative for ESSE, so if you have any questions about the Messenger you are welcome to get in touch with me in the first instance.
Kind regards
Alison
