Thank you
And then, with
Highpass=0.0025 Hz
Lowpass=0.05 Hz
TR=2
if I have the next passband from 0.0025 to 0.05 Hz with a values of 2TR and this formula:(1/hz)/TR, the values in volumes are:
Highpass= (1/0.0025)/(2TR)= 200 ; hp_200
while
lowpass= (1/0.05)/(2TR)= 10 ; lp_10
I have other doubt, I found this equation to obtain the sigma values in volumes: ((1/hz)/2.35)/TR, and then
hp_sigma= (1 / hpf-Hz)/ 2.35 / TR) = 85.1 ; hp_85.1
lp_sigma= (1 / lpf-Hz) /2.35 / TR) = 4.2 ; lp_4.2
I am unsure about which is the correct equation.
Also, I have read that I can use 2.35 or 2 in the above formula.
Therefore, which is the correct formula for the sigma values: (1/hz)/TR or ((1/hz)/2.35)/TR?
and, what is the meaning of the 2.35 factor?
Can I use 2.35 or 2?
Thanks
