14th e-Assessment Question
‘The Future: e-Assessment opportunities and barriers, risks and rewards’
America Square Conference Centre, City of London 16th and 17th March 2016

For awarding organisations, professional bodies and all those responsible for qualifications and assessment, the world is changing. To date the focus has been on e-testing systems and e-portfolios blended with ‘traditional’ learning leading to established qualifications and certification.

However a whole new raft of developments are emerging and becoming available that are game –changers.

-	The digital age means there is a generation with new expectations and online experiences
-	Open badges, social media and the like are providing new and flexible approaches to certification and recording of achievement
-	Remote proctoring and distance invigilation are changing the where and when secure qualifications can be sat
-	Gamification and scenario based approaches are challenging the very structures of learning and assessment
-	Integration within learning systems and the growth of the second generation of learning management systems are servicing a distanced and little known student and training cohort
-	The wealth of data generated by assessment systems are providing new and exciting tools to better understand learners and their achievements
-	Adaptive assessments are becoming more easily implemented

In its fourteen years the annual international e-Assessment Question Conference and Exhibition has seen many changes and developments in e-Assessment and computer supported assessment and qualifications. The next five years will see even more.

Bookings may be made for either day or both days of the event, with a discount for Charities, Schools, Colleges, Universities and those in the public sector. Delegates can attend for one day or both, see www.e-assessment-question.co.uk for more details and registration.
