The sigabrt is occasionally associated with an input file read error - maybe
look in the full log
file at what point the sigabrt happens. Selecting 'many' for the output
options provides a more detailed log that could help, too.

Subject: [ccp4bb] Strange REFMAC behavior...
Dear CCP4 users,
I'm working with a recent CCP4 suite, mainly on Win8. Today I tried re-run
refinement of my own structure for adding TLS contribution - I forgot switch
this option last time. The structure was refined using previous REFMAC
version. My data:
- four molecules (two dimers, around 112 AA per on chain) per AU, at 2.34A
- TLS & restrained refinement (10/10 cycles)
After start the refinement using last REFMAC version I receive info:
#CCP4I TERMINATION STATUS 0 child killed: SIGABRT #CCP4I TERMINATION TIME 15
Feb 2016 09:23:23 #CCP4I MESSAGE Task failed
The same info was visible when I tried re-run the refinement without any
changes.
So, I back to my Linux machine with updated CCP4 and everything works fine.
Have you any idea, where is the problem?
Best regards
Rafal
