Dear colleague,
I hope that by now you are familiar with our annual (1 April 2015-31 March 2016) publication A Year in Archives<http://issuu.com/thenationalarchives/docs/tna_a_year_in_archive_accessible_in>. The purpose of this publication is to help archives showcase the depth and ranges of the sector's contribution to society. We want people to hear about initiatives, creative solutions and innovations happening across the country in archives big or small, corporate or independent. We are designing a publication that includes case studies on:
* Digital developments
* Identity and community
* Creativity
* Community and learning
* Accountability
So do let us know if you want to submit one.
We are also looking to highlight some quirky and fascinating finds and facts that surfaced through the year. We particularly want suggestions such as tweets, images, stats, blogs and anything else that you think is interesting.
Please get in touch with me directly if you have material which might be appropriate for this year's publication - even if we can't use your ideas for this project we may well be able to feature it on our website or in another way.
