A-listers (ooh- I like that!)
To follow-up on my suggestion in Jane's thread that electronic file names and short titles are synonymous, this file list from Heather is not far off being a functional short title list.
If Heather were to add in a little more event detail where required as well as the date, which is readily displayed else where by SharePoint but which could be easily captured in a 'key metadata file name', these files could move smoothly over to the archive if selected without any further initial work being required.
This is very much a convergence line between IRM and Archives I think
