Summer School in Advanced Musculoskeletal Epidemiology

This 5 day course is for clinicians, allied health professionals, and researchers working in musculoskeletal research. Participants should have an understanding of basic epidemiological research methods and biostatistics.
Topics covered are: Big data; Longitudinal studies; Pharmacoepidemiology; Clinical trials; Causal inference
The course will be delivered by members of the UK Research in Musculoskeletal Epidemiology (UK-RiME) partnership, a national collaboration between eight leading UK epidemiology centres (see http://tinyurl.com/UK-RiME for further details of the UK-RiME partnership and members). Faculty will draw on their methodological expertise to deliver interactive seminars on cutting edge epidemiological concepts, using real-life examples to demonstrate these concepts in action.
