Indeed, just turn it on is perhaps an over simplification. I would say turn it, look at the problems it throws up, then fix those problems. ;-) (if only it were that simple)

I’d agree with this as well. It would be nice if you could tweak the Event Driven RRM thresholds in the rf profiles. I could be wrong but the ED-RRM threshold is global.
