This is my first time preprocessing fMRI data, and I have based my batch off of one written by a colleague of mine who has used SPM many times. She uses SPM8 and keeps her files in 3-D, but I have chosen to make mine in 4-D. I converted my files to nii from minc.
When I try and run the batch I get the following error:
SPM12: spm_coreg (v5669) 22:16:24 - 21/01/2016
========================================================================
Failed 'Coregister: Estimate'

Failed: Coregister: Estimate
Based on the other posts on the forum it looks like the problem lies either with my reference or source image. I chose a dependency of the mean image from the estimate and reslice step (which was successful) for my reference image, and a T1 structural for my source image. Is it possible there is an error because my files are in 4-D? I can't think of what else it could be since this is the only thing that differs between mine and my colleague's data (apart from the actual data set).
Thank you for your help,
Jessica
