Hello, experts,

I keep getting the same error messages about "Index exceeds matrix dimensions" when I ran prepare feature set. Could anybody help to me figure out what is wrong? Thank you very much in advance.
Xin

Thank you very much for the quickly reply, Jessica. My current single SPM.mat modeling runs separately results in unselecting most of trials in PronTo. So you may need more tests for the option 1. I am trying the option 2 in the manual.

Hi Xin,

You don't need to change your SPM.mat if you select all the images. In theory, PRoNTo will 'add' the columns to end up with only one column for all your scans. (Note: this functionality has not been extensively tested).

Yes, you are correct for the second option. That would also be pretty simple to do: just load the SPM in the workspace and create a copy with only the session of interest (something like: newSPM = SPM; newSPM.session = newSPM.session(1); SPM = newSPM; save('newfolder_session1/SPM.mat','SPM')), and repeat for each session.

Yes, PRoNTo can concatenate multiple modalities in the feature set.
Basically, either you concatenate them yourself in the data and design, or you concatenate at the feature set step. The results will be exactly the same.

HTH,
Best,
Jessica

My current SPM.mat separates runs into different set of columns, and given "0"s for other runs in the according raw. I need to combine them into one set of columns.

If you wish to keep those runs separate, then you should divide your SPM.mat (i.e. have one SPM.mat for each 'modality', with onsets starting at 0).
