Taking place on Friday 6 May 2016, Conventions of Proximity is a day-long symposium exploring ideas and practices of proximity in art, theatre and performance. The keynote speaker is Professor Maaike Bleeker<http://www.uu.nl/medewerkers/MABleeker/0> (University of Utrecht), author of Visuality in the Theatre: the Locus of Looking (2008).
