At the risk of taking the thread off topic, I would like to second the motion that the (I think quite recently introduced) password requirements for MyEBSCO accounts are disproportionately strict.

We have also had the occasional instance of MyEBSCO accounts not retaining data, but they have usually been resolved by contact with their support desk.
The other issue that we've had is setting passwords for the MyEBSCO feature - the requirements for setting a 'strong' password seem to be so tough that users give up after several attempts to create a password that is acceptable!

Hi Kimberley and Vicki
We did raise this issue with EBSCO at the JIBS Enhancement Group meeting in December. It's obviously a really tricky one to get to the bottom of, because it's hard to replicate and is intermittent and/or only affects some users. I'll ask them to post an update to this list.
Best wishes
Sarah
