I have probed lots of omphacites but have never done a study of Na loss.
All I can say is that for my analyses I never suspected significant
Na-loss. If you are dealing with a very jd-rich cpx, e.g., in a blueschist
metagreywacke I would treat it just as I do Na-rich plagioclase.
