Map of Me is on Thursday 4 February and is written and performed by Azfa Awad. She is a young Somali-born writer and the play is based on the real life experiences of both Azfa and other young asylum seekers. It explores how a displaced child finds a sense of self and belonging. It tells the story of a young girl fleeing war in her homeland as she seeks safety, identity and a place to call home.
