Dear colleagues,
We would like to inform you that the European Committee of the Regions (CoR) has launched a call for expressions of interest addressed to officials of local and regional authorities (LRA) to participate in the 2nd meeting of the European Migration Forum. This event is co-organised by the European Commission and the European Economic and Social Committee and will take place on 6-7 April 2016 in Brussels.
More information about the event you will find on the CoR website:

We kindly ask you to spread the information about this to the regions and municipalities. Should any official (staff level, not politicians) from local and regional authorities wish to participate in the European Migration Forum, an application should be submitted by 1 February by email ([log in to unmask] or [log in to unmask] ) specifying authority's best practices and main activities in the area of integration of migrants..
Thank you for sharing the contents of this email with your colleagues in the local and regional authorities and for encouraging them to apply.
