Hmm, perhaps we need to liaise with the grid folks at Durham - they .
Maybe we could selectively block their endpoints in FTS :-)
With 3MB/s is hardly worth trying. Even a "normal" 250GB file would take
250000/3 = 60000 seconds which is 1000 minutes or near 18 hours or so.
