Probably the easiest way is with a macro, see attached. It asks for two peak lists in a row and moves the zero merit peaks from the first to the second. (No checking that it makes sense to do so between the two peak lists.) (So this is not the same as moving selected peaks in the table, it just moves zero merit peaks whether they are selected or not.)
