Dear list,
I have been asked a question about the possible use of aqueous gels during cosmetic radiofrequency treatments, instead of the recommended glycerol gel. Does anybody have any experience or knowledge of this that they would be willing to share?
From my current perspective, I am concerned that the aqueous gel would absorb some of the RF emissions and result in too much surface heating, although the layer of gel must be quite thin during application. Any discussion on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Tom
