Dear all,
Which method is the most appropriate for transforming native space
functional output from MELODIC or FEAT, filtered_func_data to standard
space. (Provided that linear and non-linear registration has already
been carried out during MELODIC/FEAT preprocessing):
1) featregapply seems to call a command like this:
applywarp -i filtered_func_data -r standard -o ffds -w
reg/highres2standard_warp --premat=/reg/example_func2highres.mat
--interp=spline
2) However, this command is often recommended in this forum for the purpose:
applywarp -i filtered_func_data -r standard -o ffds -w
reg/example_func2standard_warp
The outputs seem very similar, but what is the difference, and which
method would you recommend?
All the best,
Anders
