Hi,
It is weird, although the fslmatchtype.sh file is listed here:
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-exppsy/fsl.git/tree/etc/fslconf
I don't have it on my computer either. Maybe it was removed during the
packaging?
Using Ubuntu 15.10, installed fsl-5.0-complete from NeuroDebian for
Ubuntu 15.04.
