This is a licensing problem, not a crash. The program is unable to verify that
the computer you are running on is the same as one of the ones authorized by cr_info.
You need to get help from the folks at HKL to diagnose the problem and get a
working cr_info file.
Run access_prod again (at a time when you get the failure) and send the
result back to HKL (reply to the message they sent you with the original key
so they have all the information).
This can happen if the network interface card is changed, or operating system reinstalled.
