Subject: exciting news
Hi everyone
Exciting news – our colleague Dr Momodou Sallah last night won the Times Higher Education award for most innovative teacher of the year – see http://dmu.ac.uk/dmu-staff/hot-topics/2015/november-2015/dmu-teacher-named-most-innovative-in-the-country-at-the-2015-times-higher-education-awards.aspx . He won this for all his work enabling life changing learning for students going on study journeys to the Gambia. It also brings attention to our subject of youth work and community development which is good news.
