The conference is an opportunity to share ideas and debate the latest thinking in relation to organisational culture.
The conference will give those involved in the running of Schwartz Rounds* (the ‘Schwartz Community’) the opportunity to network and build on the success of their Schwartz Rounds* programmes. It will also provide an opportunity for the wider community to gain a higher level of knowledge about Schwartz Rounds.

Please note: Only two Schwartz Round delegates per institution can be booked on to the meeting at this time. Anyone who books on three delegates will be contacted to move one onto the waiting list.
Aims and objectives
* To identify and share knowledge amongst peers about the attributes of caring organisations
* Introduce attendees to knowledge and skills required to understand and improve team and organisational culture and encourage shared learning
* To equip and enthuse those attending with a good understanding of the benefits to staff of looking after themselves and each other to cultivate resilience
* To encourage networking and create a community focused on developing caring work places
* To enable those already involved or interested in running Schwartz Rounds to share learning about this form of reflective practice.
