Subject: History of the scholars' international correspondence (new publication)
Dear members of HoLLT
I am happy to announce the publication of my book on the history of the Scholars‘ International Correspondence (my PhD project supervised by Prof. Friederike Klippel).
It’s about the first attempts to organize a systematic exchange of letters between pupils of secondary schools in different countries at the end of the 19th century.
Please find attached a flyer and the table of contents and here is a
link: http://www.waxmann.com/buch3312
I am sorry it’s all in German, there will be an article in English in the publication of the Nottingham conference Connecting Cultures edited by Nicola and Richard.
Merry Christmas to all of you and a happy New Year!
Marlis
