Dear FSL team,
I am currently performing analysis on fMRI data using a windows 7 64 bit Laptop.
I would like to use some of the FSL tools to complement SPM, which does not possess some of the possibilities of FSL (like the skull stripping tool).
I am running FSL on a virtual machine and do not know of a way to add the full FSL directory to my MatLab paths in order to access the commands.
The folder that is available to me in Windows does not seem to suffice as path (for example, fslmerge or other functions cannot be found that way).
Do you know of any way for me to do this?
Thank you very much in advance,
Martin Hochheimer
