For SHACL, I have done this evaluation last week on the basis of the first public working draft of SHACL [1] which is from October.
This should be the latest version of the draft.

Thanks Thomas (and Antoine). Can you say when this evaluation was done?
SHACL has changed quite a bit in just the last few months, so it is
unfortunately a moving target.
