Dear all,
I am working with a three component system in solution formed by two proteins in equilibrium with their complex. As I know the dissociation constant I can calculate the composition of the mixture for a given concentration.
I have solved the crystal structure of the individual components and have calculated the structure of the complex.
Then, I collect some SAXS data form the mixture and successfully adjusted the experimental data by a combination of the calculated scattering curve of the three known structures. To do so, I used OLIGOMER software from the EMBL ATSAS
Do you think I can take this result as a validation for the computed model of the complex?
In addition, can anyone provide some references in which the software OLIGOMER has been used?.
Thank you
Armando
